Murrieta Valley Pony Baseball (MVPB) – No Refund Policy MVPB operates as a nonprofit organization that relies on registration fees to fund league operations, including uniforms, field permits, insurance, equipment, and other upfront costs. Due to these financial commitments, all registration fees are non-refundable once a player is registered and payment is processed. Policy Guidelines: No Refunds for Withdrawals: Players who voluntarily withdraw from the league for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, change of interest, or injury, are not eligible for a refund. No Refunds Due to Game Cancellations or Season Interruptions: Refunds will not be issued due to rainouts, scheduling changes, public health mandates, or any other interruptions beyond MVPB’s control. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in extreme or unforeseen circumstances and must be approved by the MVPB Executive Board. Any request must be submitted in writing and will be subject to board review. A processing fee may apply if approved. Voluntary Donation Clause: All registration fees are considered final contributions toward youth sports programming and operations. By completing your registration, you agree to this policy.
